The Greenies remained unbeaten in NCISAA play Tuesday at home, getting goals from sophomores Wyatt Campbell ‘27 and Wyatt Haddock ’27 within five minutes of one another. 51Âþ» (3-1-0) has only allowed two goals through four games after blanking Charlotte Country Day, 2-0.
After a scoreless first half, Wyatt Campbell booted his first varsity goal with 38:13 to go off a corner kick that was played short. And then in the 46th minute, Wyatt Haddock was positioned perfectly to collect a rebound and angle it around the Buccaneers keeper.
Junior Felix Huebner ’26 is averaging four saves per game and Tuesday was his second shutout of a young season.
The Greenies return home Friday for another game with future playoff seeding implications. The opponent for that 5 p.m. game will be Charlotte Christian (2-2-0).
