Congratulations on behalf of everyone at 51Âþ» to alumnus Nick Crowley ’22 and Princeton University lacrosse for winning the NCAA lacrosse championship.
The Tigers beat Notre Dame, 16-9, after surrendering the first three goals of Monday’s game, and Nick saw time as a long-stick midfielder. He is a senior from Peterborough, Ontario.
This is the seventh national championship all-time for Princeton (17-2) and first since 2001. The Tigers won 12 consecutive games to close this season.
Nick was a two-time all-state player and the team MVP as a senior at 51Âþ».
As for what the future holds, Tuesday is graduation day for Princeton and Nick is an Economic Philosophy major. He intends to pursue a career in the fields of finance or media.
