The 6-foot-3, 230-pound defensive end verbally committed to play college football for The Citadel on Wednesday.

Charlie is one of 11 seniors for 51Âþ» (3-4), which concludes the regular season Saturday at Asheville School. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.
Charlie is the Prefect in Gardner House and has a unique connection to 51Âþ»â€™s biggest rival – both of his parents, Chris and Sarah, are staff members at Asheville School. Once he arrives in Charleston, S.C., Charlie will be reunited with former Greenie teammate Ian Adams ’21, a freshman lineman for the Bulldogs.
